Very Interesting New York Restaurant History

This is quite a story about a long established New York City restaurant and it's owner...... Elaine is remarkable. An interesting who's who.
If you are into the celebrity world and their favorite "hang out" restaurants - you will enjoy the story of Elaine's.
This is not about a gourmet "designer" chef - this is about one woman whounderstands celebrity struggles, their dedication to their craft, the hours, and the need to eat and relax among friends, without the papparazzi. Forty Years!
